Elrick School appreciates all parental support to enable us to ensure the educational development, safety and wellbeing of our children. For this, we require consent from you as your child’s parent or carer in several important areas. It is with this in mind that we would ask you to read this booklet carefully and sign the declaration at the end section. This booklet will only have to be completed once for each child for his/her entire time at Elrick Primary School.
